Description
The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking qualified firms to provide investment banking and underwriting services for the 2026 Airport Revenue Bonds issued by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. The selected firm(s) will act as either the senior managing underwriter or a co‑manager, guiding the bond issuance process from structuring through placement. This engagement focuses exclusively on underwriting responsibilities; detailed deliverables are outlined in the primary RFP.
• Role: Senior Managing Underwriter **or** Co‑Manager for Airport Revenue Bonds 2026 Series.
• Services: Investment banking functions including bond structuring, pricing, marketing, and placement.
