Description
The State of Maryland’s Comptroller Office is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORPF) to obtain IBM DS8950F DASD hardware support and related services under an existing Master Contractor agreement. Only Small Business Reserve (SBR) certified Master Contractors that already hold the 2012 Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services contract (060B2490022) may submit. The three‑year contract will cover provision of new IBM DASD equipment, installation, training, extended warranties, and optional security peripherals, with annual invoicing and a requirement for price validity of at least 90 days. Bids must be submitted via password‑protected email by 10 AM EST on 19 Oct 2026; questions are due by 5 PM EDT on 15 Oct 2026.
