Description
The State of Texas HHSC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Managed IT Service Desk and Deskside Support (ITSDS/DSS) staff across the entire Texas HHS system. The contractor will supply, onboard, and manage a pool of IT support personnel who will deliver Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 help‑desk services, on‑site hardware troubleshooting, and related administrative functions under a three‑year base contract with possible extensions. The work includes transition planning, staffing metrics, performance reporting, security compliance (HIPAA, data residency), and adherence to service‑level agreements. • Provide qualified Managed Services Staff for IT Service Delivery & Support and Deskside Support. • Meet detailed staffing, onboarding, security, reporting, and performance requirements outlined in Exhibit Q. • Initial contract term of 3 years, with up to 3 additional years of optional extensions. • Historical FY compensation ~ $3.9 M per year; total contract ceiling $15 M. • Mandatory compliance with Texas statutes, data‑use agreements, and public‑information act requirements.
