Description
The Navajo Nation seeks a design‑build contractor to reconstruct the northwest corner of the N5/NM 371 intersection in Burnham, NM. The contractor will be responsible for all design‑build activities, including obtaining water permits, preparing traffic control and quality‑control plans, mobilizing equipment, performing earthwork, subgrade preparation, base and asphalt paving, installing a cattle‑guard, signage, striping, utility protection, and final site clean‑up. All work must comply with 2019 NMDOT Standard Specifications and Navajo Nation procurement rules, and the contractor must be a certified Navajo business with required bid, performance, and payment bonds.
