Description

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a quote for a 550-101A UL1000 Fab Mobile helium leak detector. The detector should be able to detect helium and hydrogen, and have a minimum detectable leak rate of less than 5 E-12 mbar·l/s in vacuum mode and less than 5 E-8 mbar·l/s in sniffing mode. The detector should also have a maximum inlet pressure of 15mbar and a pumping speed of 30 m³/h at 60 Hz. The proposal should include a firm fixed price quote, a proposed delivery schedule, and a completed and signed copy of the attached representations and certifications document. • The detector should be able to detect helium and hydrogen. • The detector should have a minimum detectable leak rate of less than 5 E-12 mbar·l/s in vacuum mode and less than 5 E-8 mbar·l/s in sniffing mode. • The detector should have a maximum inlet pressure of 15mbar and a pumping speed of 30 m³/h at 60 Hz. • The proposal should include a firm fixed price quote and a proposed delivery schedule. • The proposal should include a completed and signed copy of the attached representations and certifications document.

Budget estimate

$10,000 – $50,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $10,000 to $50,000, considering the technical specifications and the fact that it is a firm fixed price quote. The actual budget may vary depending on the complexity of the detector, the materials used, and the manufacturing process. The fact that the proposal should include a firm fixed price quote and a proposed delivery schedule suggests that the budget will be a one-time payment.
