The County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide hourly‑rate based maintenance, repair, and emergency services for swimming pools, spas, and splashpads across multiple parks north of NW 12th St. to the county line. Work includes routine upkeep of heaters, filters, pumps, chemical systems, low‑voltage lighting, plaster and tile repairs, and extensive plumbing repairs, with all permits obtained by the contractor.
