Intent to Single Source for the Trakka Search Beam Lights Extended Warranty

The City of Tampa is seeking an extended warranty for the Trakka Beam A800 searchlights for three Police Helicopters. The extended warranty is needed to cover the daily operations of all Police Aviation Helicopters' searchlights. The prospective bidder must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer who can quote the product and also provide warranty service, maintenance or repairs if and when requested for the quoted product provided to the City. • The warranty coverage service contract should be for one year. • The contract should cover three searchlights and corresponding PCIU, grip, and CIU. • The bidder must be an authorized vendor for the product/service. • The bidder should provide documentation that they are an authorized vendor for this product/service.
