The California Law Revision Commission is seeking to lease approximately 3,542 square feet of office space in the City of Sacramento. The building must be Asbestos Hazard-free, accommodate State plans and specifications, and comply with applicable codes and regulations. The State will give preference to buildings that demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. The lease will require the building to be close to public transportation and comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. • The building must be located in the City of Sacramento • The building must have approximately 3,542 square feet of office space • The building must have six parking spaces • The building must be close to public transportation • The building must comply with applicable codes and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California Building Code & Title 24
