Description
The Department of Health is seeking bids for the installation of an awning and sunshade at the Miami-Dade County Health Department. The contract will be for a one-year period, and the successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor for the installation. The Department encourages certified minority, women, and Florida veteran business participation in this solicitation.
• The awning and sunshade must be installed in accordance with the specifications provided in Attachment A.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of the solicitation.
• The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Department, which will include the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest grand total for the commodities and services requested.
