Description
Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide an annual preventative‑maintenance service contract for a variety of pump units (sanitary, storm‑water, and lift stations) across its Ann Arbor campus. The work includes routine inspections, electrical testing, seal‑oil and coolant changes, impeller adjustments, parts wear assessments, and detailed reporting for each pump location, with the potential to extend the agreement for up to three additional years at the same rates.
• Service scope covers 22 pump units from manufacturers such as Flygt, Weil, Ebara, and Zoeller.
• Required deliverables: on‑site inspections, adjustments to OEM specifications, telemetry verification, and a written station report per pump.
