Solicitation - Dual Frequency Comb Laser

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is soliciting quotations for a Dual Frequency Comb Laser. The laser should meet the minimum requirements specified in the attached Specifications document. Quoters must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for the line item, including a unit price and total amount. The quotation should include technical capability, price, and terms and conditions. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. • The laser should be a new, non-refurbished instrument. • The quoter should demonstrate that the proposed equipment meets or exceeds all minimum requirements. • The proposed price should be reasonable in relation to the solicitation requirements. • The quotation should include shipping and delivery costs. • The quoter should review the provision and clauses attachment and complete any required information.
