IIIAC G34 ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP

The U.S. Army is seeking an academic partnership to provide instruction in Data Analytics, Edge Coding, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Operations for IIId Armored Corps Soldiers. The contractor will be responsible for providing all faculty, curriculum, facilities, course materials, and laboratory resources necessary to execute the programs of study. The contract will have a period of performance of 24 months, with four 10-week sessions per program year. The contractor must be an accredited civilian academic institution capable of delivering targeted instruction in emergent technology disciplines relevant to large-scale combat operations. • The contractor will provide non-personal services for academic instruction in Data Analytics, Edge Coding, and UAS Operations. • The contractor will develop and deliver accredited CEU programs in Data Analytics, Edge Coding, and UAS Management and Operations. • The contractor will provide all facilities, faculty, textbooks, laboratory equipment and supplies, library access, student management portal access, parking, and software licensing fees required for each program. • The contractor will record all modules and course descriptions, learning outcomes, and student performance data in the contractor's academic system of record. • The contractor will provide a course schedule that illustrates each 10-week session and provides staffing to run each session. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining academic records for each student and entering their scores into their academic system of record within 5 business days.
