Description
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is seeking a single qualified provider, already holding an ACS Family Enrichment Center contract, to design, develop, and deliver a city‑wide Appreciative Inquiry (AI) training and capacity‑building program for Family Enrichment Centers (FECs) across all five NYC boroughs. The effort includes participation in mandatory AI Facilitator Training, a three‑day Design Lab, creation of a customized AI curriculum and facilitation tools, delivery of three to four training cohorts per fiscal year (≈30 participants each), and ongoing support through an AI Leaders Learning Cohort. The contract runs March 1 2027 – June 30 2029 with two optional three‑year renewals, and a total funding ceiling of $650,000, allocated across three fiscal periods.
• Must be an existing ACS FEC contractor; subcontracting prohibited.
• Required staffing: a Program Lead (≥75 % FTE) with AI certification and adult‑learning expertise; all staff must be separate from existing FEC‑funded staff.
• Budget limited to $150k (FY27), $250k (FY28), $250k (FY29); no carry‑forward of FY27 funds.
• Deliverables: AI curriculum, facilitator manuals, training materials, assessment instruments, quarterly AI Leaders cohort sessions, and performance reports.
