Description
The Yakima County Road Department is seeking bids for the 2026 Independence Road Improvement Project. The project involves improving approximately 1.40 miles of Independence Road, from N. Outlook Road to Fordyce Road located in Sunnyside, Washington. The major items of work include roadway excavation, crushed surfacing base course, crushed surfacing top course, and HMA class ½ in. PG 64H-28. The project is funded by Rural Arterial Program funds and Yakima County Road funds.
