RFP#2526-009 Community Development Block Grant Administration

The City of Redondo Beach is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration services. The selected consultant will be responsible for managing all components of the City's CDBG program, including conducting regular meetings with City representatives, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and preparing and submitting reports to HUD. The consultant will also be responsible for overseeing CDBG public service agencies, updating and maintaining the City's CDBG program data, and assisting with setting up activities and preparing drawdowns in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). The City's 2026-27 funding allocation from HUD is $296,580, and the consultant will be required to provide full-service administration support for the City's CDBG program. The contract will be for a fixed 2-year term with one optional 1-year extension.
