Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking two Applications Development Experts with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to provide technical services in developing, customizing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The selected candidates will work on a staff augmentation basis under state direction and will be responsible for configuring and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Connect (SMS). They will also assist with SMS enablement, develop automated journeys, build and maintain data extensions, and implement dynamic and personalized content using AMP script. The candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and hands-on experience with AMP script and SQL in Marketing Cloud.

• Configuring and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Assisting with SMS enablement
• Developing automated journeys
• Building and maintaining data extensions
• Implementing dynamic and personalized content using AMP script
• Supporting integrations between Marketing Cloud and State of Maryland systems
• Troubleshooting campaign, SMS, data, and automation issues
• Following State of Maryland governance, security, privacy, and approval processes
• Producing basic technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer
