Description
The U.S. Government is seeking a full-service lease for retail office space in Daly City, CA. The space must have a minimum of 2,383 rentable square feet and a maximum of 2,510 rentable square feet. The initial lease term should not exceed five years. The space will be used for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center. The offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
Some key requirements include:
• A minimum of 2,383 rentable square feet and a maximum of 2,510 rentable square feet of retail office space
• Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five years
• Located within the city limits of Daly City, CA
• Undesignated on-site parking for up to seven government vehicles must be provided on a 24/7 basis
• The proposed rental rate per rentable square foot
• Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the owner
