Notice of Intent - KHC BPAs for Facilties Dept. at KHC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) intends to establish multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for procuring various supplies, including miscellaneous building materials, disposable tools, electrical, painting, HVAC, lighting supplies, etc. The agreements will be awarded to pre-identified vendors, but other capable vendors are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs. The agreements will have a base period of 12 months, with two option years. The scope of work includes providing supplies on an as-needed basis for the Facilities department. • The NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 321912. • The small business size standard is 500 Employees. • The prospective, multiple-award BPAs are sufficient at this time, but additional BPAs may be established if needed. • Interested vendors should submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs via email by March 4, 2026, at 1:00pm EST.
