Description
The U.S. Marshals Service (JPATS) is seeking a sole‑source subscription to Boeing’s MyBoeingFleet.com for comprehensive maintenance and operations manuals, along with revision services, for its fleet of four Boeing 737 aircraft (two 737‑400, one 737‑700, one 737‑800). The contract will cover access to a full suite of manuals (AMM, IPC, SRM, FCOM, QRH, etc.), digital and hard‑copy service bulletins, service letters, and FAA Airworthiness Directives for the performance period of October 1 2026 through September 30 2027. Only Boeing can provide the required OEM‑specific documentation and licensing.
• Subscription to MyBoeingFleet.com for 4 aircraft – full manual set and updates
• Required manuals: AMM, Fault Isolation, Fault Report, IPC, Maintenance Planning Data, SRM, System Schematics, Wiring Diagrams, FCOM, QRH, etc.
• Revision services to keep all publications current with Boeing and FAA releases
• Access to Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Airworthiness Directives (digital & occasional hard copy)
• One‑year performance period (Oct 1 2026 – Sep 30 2027)
• Sole‑source justification based on exclusive OEM licensing; no competitive alternatives exist.
