Public Disposal Facility Repairs

The City of Denton is seeking a contractor to perform repairs at the Public Disposal Facility. The major work will consist of the installation and removal of temporary shoring, demolition and replacement of concrete slab and wall, demolition and replacement of metal chutes, and removal of wood litter fence poles and replacement with metal poles. The project budget is approximately $249,500. The contractor will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and price. The City of Denton reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. * The project requires the contractor to have experience in earthwork and grading, concrete paving, electrical, and plumbing. * The contractor must provide a detailed schedule and written plan to achieve substantial completion and final acceptance within the contract time. * The contractor must have a proven track record of using innovative approaches to providing goods and services that represent the best value to their clients. * The contractor must have the ability to accomplish all aspects of the requested services. * The contractor must provide a warranty as outlined in the project specifications.
