26-041 W. Wright Street Sidewalk Improvements

The City of Pensacola is seeking qualified contractors to construct new sidewalks along West Wright Street (from A to G Street) to improve pedestrian connectivity and accessibility. The project includes demolition of existing pavement, excavation, utility adjustments, concrete paving, curb and gutter installation, asphalt placement, thermoplastic markings, landscaping adjustments, and installation of conduit for future electric work. The work must meet accessibility standards, include detectable warning plates, and be completed within 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with required traffic maintenance and site cleanliness. • Demolition, excavation, cut‑fill, and new concrete sidewalk construction meeting ADA requirements. • Installation of curb/gutter, asphalt, thermoplastic pavement markings, and utility adjustments (water meters, valve boxes, cleanouts). • Placement of two 2‑inch PVC conduit runs with pull boxes as a future‑ready electric infrastructure (directionally bored at 60″ depth). • Traffic control, erosion/sedimentation control, and site clean‑up throughout the project. • Completion goal of 45 calendar days following Notice to Proceed.
