RFP Playground Equipment Removal

The Brazosport College is seeking proposals for the removal of playground equipment from the Bill and Julia May Children’s Center on the college campus. The selected respondent will be responsible for the disassembly, removal, and transportation of the equipment, as well as the restoration of the site. The college is looking for a respondent who can demonstrate the ability to safely remove the equipment and reuse it for community or educational benefit. • The equipment was purchased in 2022 using grant funding and was installed in 2023. • The college is prohibited from selling or receiving financial compensation for the equipment due to the terms of the grant funding. • The selected respondent will assume full responsibility for all activities associated with the removal of the playground equipment. • The respondent must provide proof of insurance coverage prior to the commencement of any work on college property. • The college reserves the right to request additional financial documentation or clarification to verify the respondent’s ability to perform the required work.
