Construction services for residential bathroom renovation

The U.S. Embassy in Prague is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the full renovation of a master bathroom at a residential property in Prague 6-Nebusice, Czech Republic. The work includes selective demolition, replacement of tiling, plumbing, lighting fixtures, and associated accessories. The contractor's work shall comply with Czech National Standards or U.S. codes and standards, whichever is more stringent. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete services per technical requirements under a firm fixed price within 15 days of contract award. Key responsibilities include submitting reports, bill of materials, product literature, drawings, specifications, quality control schedules, safety plan, and construction costs. • The contractor must provide a fixed price lump sum proposal in CZK (with and without VAT). • The contractor's employees and sub-contractors must submit corporate, financial, and personnel information for Embassy review. • The contractor must ensure professional quality, technical accuracy, and coordination of all services. • The contractor must designate a Project Site Manager and provide as-built documents and warranty documentation. • The contractor must attend site inspection to understand all conditions and limitations.
