Electrical Switchgear Testing and Maintenance at Downstate Facilities

NYS OGS is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform engineering appraisal, preventative maintenance,testing and repairs or replacements to several electrical distributions systems and electrical switchgearsat various Downstate OGS Facilities located in Long Island and Manhattan, New York. The electrical distribution systems are separated into two location areas: Perry B Duryea State Office Building250 Veteran’s Memorial Highway,Hauppauge, New York 11788 Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building163 West 125th Street, New York, New York 10027 The Contractor shall perform a comprehensive examination, service inspection, operational check, andelectrical testing to ensure all systems are operating properly, and proper maintenance has beenprovided.
