This solicitation calls for a California‑certified small business to provide comprehensive hazardous‑waste removal and disposal services to nine CAL FIRE facilities across six counties (Colusa, Lake, Napa, Solano, Sonoma, Yolo). The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, permits, transportation, and documentation for the handling of non‑RCRA hazardous liquids, drums, absorbents, and related waste streams, with service visits required at least quarterly and additional requests to be responded to within 72 hours. No subcontracting is permitted; the prime must hold all required state and federal hazardous‑waste transport and environmental licenses and maintain specified insurance coverages.
