Description
The City of Blackshear is seeking bids for the construction of approximately 0.09 miles of base and paving, including 1,107 SY of 8” soil cement base, 122 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, striping, grading, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed.
• The bid shall be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications.
• Copies of Bid Forms, Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained from Hofstadter and Associates, Inc. upon deposit of $150.00 per set.
• No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City of Blackshear prior to the designated time, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Blackshear for 10 percent of the amount of the bid.
