The Department of Public Health & Human Services, Office of Procurement & Contracts, is considering a request from Child Family Services Division to award a Sole Source contract to provide for an annual subscription to the people search Application Programming Interface (API) that integrates with an out of box solution. Potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service meeting all the requirements listed herein and are interested in providing it to the State of Montana are invited to provide a detailed description of their product or service.
