Exhaust Inconel Shielding and Exhaust Lagging Blanket Purchase

The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award an indefinite delivery requirements contract with firm fixed price delivery orders for the manufacture of Exhaust Lagging and Wraps for fit onboard U.S. Coast Guard 87’ & 110’ Patrol Boat Cutters in various quantities. The contract will have a base year and four one-year ordering periods. The contractor will be required to ship units within 50 days of the date of delivery order. The contract will include a warranty and the contractor will be required to provide a single point of contact for warranty claims. • The contractor must provide a statement of conformance with the required delivery schedule or a proposed delivery schedule. • The contractor must provide warranty information, including a standard manufacturer’s warranty and warranty resolution plan. • The contractor must provide a technical capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to manufacture the required items. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including at least two relevant past performance references completed within the last three years. • The contractor must provide pricing for all line items, including the base year and all option periods.
