Campus Wireless Network Support

The University of Iowa is seeking a Value Added Reseller (VAR) to provide support services for its existing HPE/Aruba wireless access point infrastructure. The selected VAR will be responsible for providing ongoing support, including hardware and software support, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance services. The University is looking for a multi-year pricing option with flexibility to terminate the agreement for various reasons. The proposal should include pricing for the initial support term, as well as optional annual renewal pricing. The University is also seeking information on the VAR's core competencies, customer service capabilities, and sustainability efforts. • The University's existing wireless network is HPE-Aruba, and the selected VAR will be required to provide support for this infrastructure. • The University is seeking a VAR with experience in providing similar services to comparable institutions. • The proposal should include information on the VAR's experience, references, and pricing. • The University is committed to comprehensive sustainability efforts and is seeking a VAR that can contribute to environmentally sustainable practices. • The University prefers to make payments via electronic payments, such as ACH or credit card.
