Gwinnett County’s Department of Transportation is seeking a supplier to provide thirty‑three (33) Class 2 Southern Yellow Pine timber poles, each 35 ft long, 0.15 DCOI treated, M‑20 framed, and WQC‑inspected. The poles must meet GDOT specifications (Sections 861, 863, 647) and ANSI O5.1 standards, include a 50‑year decay/termite limited warranty plus a minimum one‑year manufacturer’s warranty, and be delivered FOB destination within ninety days of the quote opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced, technically acceptable vendor; the bidder must supply three recent references, meet an A‑7+ A.M. Best insurance rating, and certify non‑collusion.
