This is a sole-source RFQ for the Argos Biometer in support of the VA Northern California Healthcare System. The contract will be awarded to O.R. Elder Inc, an SDVOSB, as they are the exclusive authorized distributor of Alcon Cataract and vitreoretinal surgical equipment for the VA. The RFQ is for the Argos Biometer brand only. • The contract is a sole-source award to O.R. Elder Inc. • The equipment is for the VA Northern California Healthcare System. • The authorized distributor letter from Alcon details that O.R. Elder is the exclusive authorized distributor of Alcon Cataract and vitreoretinal surgical equipment for the VA.
