The State of Arizona is establishing a statewide, modular indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (ID/IQ) contract for biometric products and services. The contract will support the Arizona Department of Public Safety and all eligible state agencies, covering a suite of 13 modules that include a core ABIS platform, fingerprint, palm, latent, facial, iris, mug‑shot, scars/marks/tattoos capture, rapid DNA processing, applicant fingerprinting, edge‑capture hardware, integration/implementation services, and training. Vendors may bid on any single module, a combination of modules, or the entire suite, but must provide unbundled, firm‑fixed pricing, meet strict Service Level Agreements (e.g., ≥ 99.5 % system uptime, specific latency thresholds), achieve GovRAMP Authorized status within 24 months, and comply with CJIS, FIPS‑140‑3, and Arizona information‑security policies. The base contract term is 24 months with possible extensions in two‑year increments up to a total of ten years.
