Description
The United States Space Force is seeking innovative approaches to provide launch services that better guarantee successful and repeatable target launches. The Space Systems Command, System Delta 80, Small Launch and Targets Division is issuing this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to acquire commercial products, technologies, or services. The CSO is soliciting interest from potential launch service contractors to support upcoming target launch missions. The Government is looking for launch service providers that can provide a launch service solution that addresses the Area of Interest, which includes maximizing Launch Availability while meeting a launch rate of 2-3 times per week.
Some key points to consider:
• The CSO is open to all products, technologies, and services that meet the requirements of the regulation.
• The solution does not have to be commercially available to be submitted in response to this solicitation.
• The Government will utilize commercial procedures to develop and execute the resultant award.
• The Detailed CSO submissions are due 22 June 2026, 1500 MT, and extensions will not be granted.
