SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION: LMB North America, Inc. Brand Name Voltigeur Fans

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is seeking to purchase Voltigeur fans from LMB North America, Inc. on a sole source basis. The fans are required for the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Identification Systems (IDS) Division. Interested vendors must be approved resellers/distributors as verified by the OEM. The quotation should include the price, shipping cost, tax ID number, UEID number, Cage Code, and business size. The delivery schedule and payment terms are also specified in the solicitation. • The contract requires the delivery of 4 each Voltigeur fans with a part number of 00-85001609-002. • The fans should be shipped to the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CTR AIRCRAFT DIV in St. Inigoes, MD. • The payment will be made through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. • The contractor should register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer. • The contractor should provide a unique item identifier for the items delivered under the contract. • The contract includes various clauses related to item unique identification, payment, and delivery.
