MLK 42” Sewer Repair

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the MLK 42” Sewer Repair Project, which includes removal of existing manhole, installation of 115 LF of 42” steel pipe, resetting existing manhole, adjusting manholes, and removal and replacement of concrete riprap and channel. The project must be completed within 28 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. • The project requires a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting on December 3, 2025. • Bids must be submitted through the City of Waco’s Bonfire portal or in person by 2:00 p.m. on December 30, 2025. • The City will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the base bid plus any selected alternatives. • The contract will be executed by the Waco City Council if the amount exceeds $100,000.
