The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide labor and materials for the replacement of four helipad lighting fixtures, supply one additional helipad lamp as spare, and repair two 48‑inch fluorescent light fixtures located at the back door of the AEMA facility. A mandatory site visit is scheduled to allow vendors to assess the work conditions and verify material requirements.
• Replace 4 existing helipad lamps and install 1 extra spare lamp.
• Repair two 48‑inch fluorescent light fixtures at the back door of the AEMA building.
• Perform all work on‑site at 5898 County Road 41, Clanton, AL 35045, following the mandatory site‑visit on Feb 17, 2026 (9 am).
