Open Enrollment (OE) for Orientation and Mobility (O&M)

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking vendors to provide Orientation and Mobility (O&M) services to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customers. The services will be provided in all areas of the state. Vendors must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including requirements for background checks, contract management, and record-keeping. • The contract will be for an initial period, with the possibility of renewal based on TWC's determination that the Vendor is in compliance with all terms of the contract, TWC's continuing need for the services, and available funding. • Vendors must provide all relevant records, including financial documents, databases, and management control systems, to TWC upon request. • The contract may be extended for a period not to exceed 90 days following the original contract expiration date. • TWC reserves the right to audit the Vendor's records and operations at any time. • Vendors must maintain documentation of conducting background checks for all employees who interact with VR customers.
