D&C24-018 D-Block Parking Structure

The City of Ontario is seeking prequalification documents from design-build entities for a five-level parking structure with approximately 411 parking spaces. The estimated construction cost is $25,000,000. The project requires a prime contractor with a valid California General Building Contractor (B) license, a design member with a valid California Architect's license, and a design member with a valid California Registered Civil's or Structural Engineer's license.
