Description
The City of Atlanta, through its Department of Parks and Recreation, will issue an RFP to select a qualified design‑build team to deliver a new multi‑level parking garage at Chastain Park. The awardee will be responsible for the full project lifecycle: community engagement, demolition, site preparation, utility relocation, geotechnical investigations, detailed design, permitting, construction, testing, commissioning, and warranty support. The scope includes managing multidisciplinary teams, adhering to schedule constraints, and providing LEED certification support.
