Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Comparable downtown streetscape and riverfront design‑build projects in small‑town New York typically range from $500,000 to $2,000,000 depending on scope, site conditions, and MWBE participation requirements. Given two distinct projects (streetscape and riverfront enhancement) and the need for design, permitting, construction, and close‑out, a reasonable estimate is $0.5‑$2 million total. Factors influencing the final amount include the extent of landscaping, lighting, street furniture, utility relocation, and any environmental mitigation required.
