The Alabama Tourism Department seeks a vendor to provide a single, modern passenger van (model‑year 2018 or newer) with a professional driver to transport a family‑tour group on August 15‑16, 2026. The vendor must cover all costs—including driver tip, fuel, tolls, parking, and complimentary snacks and beverages—and submit an all‑inclusive price. Driver lodging is supplied for the two event nights; meals are provided when the driver is with the group. No deposits or advance payments will be made; payment follows successful completion. Cancellation within 30 days incurs a 25 % penalty unless due to force‑majeure.
