The 105 Windows and Exterior Upgrades

The Olmsted County is seeking bids for the upgrade of windows and portions of the exterior at 'The 105' building located at 105 North Broadway in Rochester, Minnesota. The project includes a pre-bid meeting on March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CT) at the project site. Bidders must submit their bids by March 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM (CT). The bid must include FOB Destination shipping costs and sales tax on construction materials and/or equipment. The bidder must also acknowledge that they have reviewed the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and will enter into an agreement under such Terms and Conditions if selected as the successful bidder. • The project is located at 105 North Broadway in Rochester, Minnesota. • The pre-bid meeting will be held onsite at the project location. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically. • The bid must include all required attachments, including a bid bond. • The bidder must acknowledge that they have reviewed all information under the Questions tab, if applicable.
