Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to repair concrete spalling at the boathouse structural support pillars/columns. The contractor will conduct an inspection, document findings, and provide a detailed engineering report and certified repair plans. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price, and the work must be completed within 120 days. The contractor must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must satisfy all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions.
• The contractor must inspect the site and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance.
• The contractor must submit quotes by 12:00 pm CST on 16 January 2026.
• The contractor must coordinate all work with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to minimize operational impacts on the unit during the execution of the work.
