Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking quotations for the provision of recreational furniture for various naval bases, including Naval Base Guam, NAVSTA Norfolk, and others. The contractor will be required to provide furnishings in support of the Huntsville Center Centrally Managed Furnishings Program, in accordance with the attached Line Items, Item Descriptions, and Statement of Work. The quotation should include all costs necessary to complete delivery and installation of furniture at the terminal location.
• The contractor shall provide furnishings for multiple locations, including Naval Base Guam, NAVSTA Norfolk, and others.
• The contractor shall provide a firm fixed price for the provision of furnishings.
• The contractor shall ensure that all furnishings meet the requirements of the Furniture Item Descriptions (FID).
• The contractor shall provide technical documents, including manufacturer's published catalogs and CAD drawings, to demonstrate compliance with the FID requirements.
• The contractor shall ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, including compliance with host country rules and customs.
