Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a qualified laboratory to provide comprehensive water and wastewater sampling, transport, and analytical testing services for Pelican Bay State Prison and any additional CDCR locations that may be added during the contract term. The contractor must hold state laboratory accreditation, supply all sampling consumables, respond to emergency sampling requests, and deliver analytical results within strict turnaround times. Payments are monthly in arrears based on per‑test rates submitted on the rate sheet, with a 25 % “as‑needed” allowance and optional early‑payment discount.
