Description
The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified providers to deliver the 2026 Summer Sports Academy Program for students in grades TK–7. The program will run for five weeks, from June 15, 2026, to July 16, 2026, operating on-site Monday through Thursday. The provider will be responsible for planning, developing, and facilitating the program, which must adhere to the California Department of Education’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Quality Standards and compliance regulations.
• The program will include sports activities, academic enrichment, and student supervision.
• The provider will be required to recruit, retain, and hire qualified staff for the program.
• The provider will be compensated at $81 per hour, per staff, per day, not to exceed 7 hours for Facilitators and Coaches and 8 hours for Academy Coordinators.
• The provider will be required to submit invoices to the District Accounts Payable Department requesting payment for completion of the SERVICES at the above-noted intervals.
