Replacement of B3201 Grease Trap and Kitchen Cabinets

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace the existing grease trap at B3201 Crossroads Dining Facility with a new 90-gallon static holding capacity, 75 GPM, stainless steel grease interceptor. The contractor will also demolish and replace all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area to match existing. The work includes field verification of dimensions, utility lines, and site conditions prior to performance. • The grease trap must be relocated to the exterior of the facility. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes a capability statement and acknowledges all posted amendments and changes to the solicitation. • The quote must be valid for at least 30 calendar days. • The contractor must submit questions electronically by 01 May 2026, 1:00pm CST. • The contractor must attend a site visit on 28 April 2026, 9:00 am Central Daylight Time.
