Description
Erie County’s Department of Public Works is seeking a private landlord to lease a large warehouse and adjacent office space to support county operations. The lease must provide approximately 100,000–120,000 sq ft of warehouse with 14‑ft overhead doors, at‑grade access, and 24/7 availability, plus 12,000–20,000 sq ft of office space, preferably located near each other within Erie County, NY. The base lease term is five years, with the option for extensions subject to local law. Proposers must submit detailed building data, environmental reports, and certifications, and must present annual base‑rent figures (gross or net) for the five‑year period. The county will evaluate proposals on site suitability, experience, financial capacity, and completeness of documentation.
