F999--Environmental Consulting Services for Title V Operating Permit Compliance

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide environmental consulting services for Title V Operating Permit Compliance at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons Campus. The services include preparing and submitting semi-annual deviation reports, annual compliance certification, sulfur reports, and emission statements. The contractor will also provide support for compliance with NJDEP information requests and correspondence regarding the Title V Permit. The contract will have a base year and four option years. • The contractor will be required to review and prepare reports based on the Title V permit requirements. • The contractor will submit the reports to the NJDEP and EPA. • The contractor will provide support for compliance with NJDEP information requests and correspondence. • The contractor will be required to have knowledge of the Clean Air Act and Title V permit requirements. • The contractor will be required to have experience in providing environmental consulting services for Title V Operating Permit Compliance.
