Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Mayes County. The work includes carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs, and must be completed within 14 working days. The successful bidder will be required to comply with Tribal rules and regulations, including the TERO certification. The bid must include a Mandatory Bid Response sheet and a Work Write Up, and the bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The project requires compliance with the Buy American provisions and the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The contractor must provide insurance certificates, including Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Coverage.
• The contractor must warranty their work against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year.
• The contractor must comply with the HACN's Drug Free and Tobacco Free Workplace policy.
